Vet vs poison control vs ER	Anaphylaxis is ER veterinary care. Poison control is secondary unless a toxin was also involved.

ER now for collapse, severe vomiting, breathing distress, or rapid systemic hives
Call ahead
Keep the airway area unobstructed; no forced oral meds
Note the suspected insect and time
Do not wait for a primary-care callback

You do not need a perfect allergy diagnosis to leave. Instability is enough.

Prior ER visits for stings should be mentioned immediately.

Ask the ER about future emergency plans. Store clinic numbers in your Emergency Passport.
