Senior Cockapoos (lifespan often 14-18 years) can look “confused” from pain, vision/hearing loss, metabolic disease, or true cognitive dysfunction. Treat the reversible list first. Then build a dated behavior log: night waking, house-soiling in a previously trained dog, getting stuck in corners, or failing to greet.
