Symptoms depend on the ingredient. Do not wait for a textbook bleed if bromethalin or another class was involved.

Anticoagulant baits may show bruising or bleeding later. Bromethalin can look neurologic. Cholecalciferol can affect calcium and kidneys.
That is why the package is part of first aid.
Collapse, labored breathing, seizures, uncontrolled bleeding, or extreme lethargy are ER-now signs.
Bring the bait. If you cannot, still go.
